Methodologies
Community Banks: The Community Bank is a loan methodology that has supported the economic activities of our clients (women specifically) who act as heads of family. This type of loan is usually offered groups of 10-20 people (usually women) with limited economic resources from rural areas with the intention of improving their living conditions. Solidarity Groups: The Solidarity Group is formed by clients whose economic situation prevents them from presenting personal warranties, for which reason they present a group warranty. They gather in groups of 3-6 people, who usually live close to each other, to obtain capital to be invested in their businesses. This is a very interesting and important methodology because it encourages solidarity through mutual aid. Individual Loan: This is a special loan methodology offered to clients who have the possibility of offering guarantees or collateral, and already possess a micro or small business for a considerable period of time.
